No Ordinary Gift Shop!                                                             magnolia tray

As Mae West said “Anything worth doing is worth doing slowly” and yes this website has been a long time coming and to my many customers my apologies for the delay but I am sure once you enter this distinctive and sophisticated site, the quality and range of products I have included will have been worth the wait. So pour yourself a glass of bubbles and make yourself comfortable and peruse through my new website and see what has clearly become, over my first year, my ineffable style that is truly Oakleigh Cottage.
Oakliegh Cottage

Oakleigh Cottage was born in 2007 as a result of living and working in Oxford, North Canterbury. An opportunity in the form of a 130 year old historic cottage desperate for a loving hand and the desire to open the highest quality gift shop in the district was born. Identifying the need for such a business, the next step was to source and purchase a stunning and distinctive range of European made and inspired products - often exclusive, including glorious jewelery, handbags, nightwear, stationery, body products, bed linen and so much more.

So keep an eye on my website, my ranges change many times through the course of the year, an eclectic selection of quality products for the discerning home shopper and for those who find themselves in my shop, a wonderful experience awaits them. Wander around the beautifully decorated and laid out rooms of the cottage and treat yourself or a friend to something special in the only true boutique gift store in Oxford.

This is what I offer to you and I strive for your complete satisfaction in shopping at Oakleigh Cottage. My goal is to provide service of the same high quality as I demand of my products. I hope that you find my site easy to use; do feel free to get in touch with me (phone, fax or e-mail) with any questions or concerns.
